I have a not-so-secret love affair with the gorgeous products from Cypress Fine Albums.
This is the main album and product line we use for our clients and they are perfect for showcasing art and photography with an elegant and timeless feel.
I have yet to find another company that compares in terms of craftsmanship, quality and beauty.
I am excited to post even more photos when more client orders come in this month.
The anticipation is killing me.

I have been absent from the blog this past week and I am going to play catch up in one post! I will have a lot to put up over the next few months as this is a busy time of year for portraits, so this is a nice break in momentum. Here is a recap of the past 10 days.
My youngest daughter celebrated her third birthday. Sniff sniff. Since we are so new to Denver, we haven't met a lot of kids her age yet, so we had a small family celebration. She did not want the fancy cake I wanted to have made for her. She wanted the Dora and Boots cupcakes. Whatever. Although, in all honesty, I am actually glad she did, because I am sure she will be wanting the fancy cakes soon enough. Cha-ching. Then I flew to Florida to photograph a wonderful family to document their life in between their very busy schedules. I LOVE documenting people's lives. What an honor to be able to do this. I will not be posting these due to privacy reasons, but I went out on my last day there and enjoyed the view and palm trees and had to share an image with you. I really LOVE palm trees for some reason. I really love the beach too. I have to make a plan to get to the beach more. After that, I returned home to finish putting together our home before my sister and mom flew in for a visit. We had so much fun. During all of that, I was in my digital darkroom completing galleries, ordering new products and fulfilling orders. Can you say exhausted? I can't even say it because I have so much more to do. BUT I love every minute of it.
I will share more soon as I have photo shoots over the next few months and then head to Mexico for the holidays in December and New Years. Wait. It is not even Halloween...I should not get ahead of myself. Sorry.
Lots and lots of love.

Do you know what I just love?
I love love love sending my clients their orders.
Here are a few I recently mailed. And as I wrapped them up, I wondered if their excitement matched mine as they opened them to reveal what was inside.
Those are the little sweet moments that create happiness and I love that.
Thank you to all my fabulous clients. I just adore you.

Sometimes the world presents the perfect opportunity to capture life in full, heart-pounding color. This image actually represents specific moments from an engagement and wedding shoot that we photographed, but was designed with a large stretched canvas in mind to headline as "the show stopper" to hang in a home post-honeymoon and a way to get over post-wedding blues. Color can capture mood many different ways. This design represents a sample of many layouts we offer exclusively to our clients each of which are tailored to fit the needs of that special moment in their lives.
Enjoy!
